Most meditation practices teach us how to focus and calm the mind, Inner Walk teaches us how to be
with the chaos inside our mind and the outside environment, so we can experience true peace,
whatever the circumstances. Inner Walk meditation practice aims to help us understand suffering; the
confusions, delusions and projections that the human mind is prone to.
The Loyfa BetterLife Ayurveda package is designed to gently bring you into presence, to nurture and to renew. Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic (whole-body) healing systems. Originating from India around 5000 years ago it aims to restore a natural and balanced state of health. Our program of meditation and yoga is accessible to all, with a strong focus on deep relaxation and presence.
The course will take you through the functional and energetic approach to yoga, breaking each of these down individually and then layering them upon another to make your understanding of Yin Yoga and art of teaching brighter and bolder and better than the rest.
This course will focus on meditation, relaxation and stress relief, anatomy, physiology, Nidra Yoga (yoga of sleep), Restorative and Yin Yoga. This training has a special focus on ‘presence within the body’, restoring your power and life force and taking you closer to yourself!
