BetterLife and Buddha
Although Loyfa BetterLife is not strictly a buddhist focused program, it is grounded in the basic principles of what the Buddha taught over 2,500 years ago about life’s sufferings and how to end those sufferings.
Removing the religious elements, we’ve swayed focus to “The Four Noble Truths” and “The Eight Fold Path.”- “The Four Noble Truths” state that life is suffering, but that there is a way to end suffering.
